When you schedule surgery you will be given written instructions about how to prepare yourself prior to your visit.

On the day of surgery you will enter our operating facility, the Mid-Peninsula Plastic Surgery Center, directly from the parking lot and be greeted by our nursing staff.
Dr. Brink and our anesthesiologist will see you before your procedure. Your anesthesia will depend on the procedure you are having and your wishes. It will be either a twilight anesthetic where you are semi-conscious, or a general anesthesia where you are put completely to sleep.

Because we only do cosmetic surgery, our staff is very familiar with our specialized equipment and procedural routines. Either way, once in the operating room you will be safe and comfortable with our staff of highly trained plastic surgery professionals.

Once your procedure is complete, the final step is your recovery
